[Zope] Incrementing with DateTime

Thanks to Sidnei da Silva <sidnei@x3ng.com>. He tells me it has something to
do with daylight savings time. If that were true than on April 8, an hour
should be added instead of subtracted. I tested that and it's true. 25 hours
gets added to April 7th (a day + an hour), which gives me
2002/04/08 01:00:01 US/Mountain
