[Zope] Trapping Error: Forbidden

Hi,
I have the following in my standard_error_message:

<dtml-if "error_type=='Forbidden'">     
      <dtml-call "RESPONSE.redirect('http://www.yahoo.com',lock=1)">
    </dtml-if>

THis is above everything else, but I cant seem to be able to trap it.

Why??
