[Zope] easily create sub sites

I've been asked to come up with an inexpensive solution for a non-profit to create sites for other non-profits. These will be sub sites of the main site, but they need to be able to create them with minimal HTML (or other technical) knowledge. I'm sure that this is something that Zope can do, but I haven't figured out how. Is there a product that will facilite copying a sub site template then allow for customization? Is there an easy way to duplicate a subfolder and it's contents using a simple form?
