[Zope] xmlrpc and fastcgi on IIS

Looks like a bug in the FCGIServer.

Maybe, you look where the "list" attribute is set and whether
it may be avoided.

Alternatively, you file a bug report. However, I expect it will
take long before the problem is fixed.
