It could also be noted that there are a myriad of possibilities if this
doesn't work.  It would be that all incoming ports are blocked by a firew=
all
to your IP, including port 80.  It might even be worse, and be NAT'd
(network address translation, private IP addr on your box with on-the fly
packet proxying, essentially rendering you invisible to the outside world=
).

You best bet is to really, really know your network, or know someone that
does.
