[Zope] newbie question on acl_users

i'm quite new to zope and python...and i think zope is a really good product...

as i was discovering stuffs in zope... i've noticed that when i add a new user, 
zope automatically changes the password of the new user... though i've added a 
new user and specified a new password and confirmed it, zope keeps on changing  
the password...

i nee dhelp please... thanks...
