[Zope] What New Zope Products & Python Extensions I HAVE to Try Right Away?

To anyone who knows...

I guess I am confused about what Plone really is?  Is it really all 
these things?

If so, great.  Is IMAP really in there?  Or is it popular opinion that 
Plone is the best place to implement them?
