[Zope] Error: The ZGadflyDA product must be installed

First things first:

is Z Gadfly Database Connection available from the pulldown menu?
is it in your Products folder (under the Control Panel)? And if it is 
notated as broken, what's the error?
is there a ZGadlyDA directory under zope/lib/python/Products?
do you get any errors on startup?
