[Zope] Newbie question - Editing content and workflow

Hi All,

I'm new to Zope and this list. I have bought "The Zope book" and installed it etc. and think it's a great dev environment. A few questions I would like to ask please?

1) How do you accommodate for users maintaing their content who have little or none HTML experience? I have seen HTMLArea (http://www.interactivetools.com/products/htmlarea/) has anyone used this with Zope? Or is there a product that people use or recommend?

2) What the best way for maintaining workflow?

3) Is there a newbies zope list as this list seems geared to the more experienced user?
