[Zope] Newbie - passing a list to an External Method

It seems to have been solved, so a very big thank you to:
Oliver, Dylan, Chris, Dieter, Josef, and Tom (I don't think I missed anyone, 
if I did, sorry!!).

Thank you all so very much for all of your time and effort.

The suggestion from Oliver seems to have sorted it.

By the way, ..

You were right, I can't believe I didn't even think of looking at the source 
(although the things I've managed not to think of over the last couple of 
days have been quite amazing - sorry everyone, I hope I'm not the only one 
who sometimes misses the obvious under duress!).
