[Zope] Source of Backtalk files of Developers Guide

Hi,

I'm the Debian maintainer of the Zope Developers Guide and I realized
recently that this book switched from CVS to backtalk.  Now I'm searching
for a possibility to get the plain *.st files without user comments in
it to release snapshots of this fine book.
