[Zope] ZMySQLDA installation on WinXP

Hi there!

I have

Zope 2.6.2,
Python 2.3 and
MySQL 4.0

running on a WinXP box. The installation of

MySQL-python.exe-0.9.2.win32-py2.3 and
ZMySQLDA-2.0.8

is not successful. Zope doesn't start with MySQL-python installed.

You probably know the error message already:

ImportError: No module named _mysql

.....

I tried quiet a lot over the last two days to fix that
problem, Registry editing and different versions of the
products to be installed included, without success.

Running out of ideas and steam now. _mysql.pyd is in the wrong place, 
the problem is certainly not new, so somebody hopefully knows how to 
solved it.

Any kind of help is very much appreciated!
