[Zope] How to set the request dict variable by tal ?

Hello zope,

I want to set the request's title variable
(REQUEST.set('title','F\xf5menü'), but by TAL, not pyscript.

But it is not working:

  <p tal:define="global request/title python: string 'F\xf5menü'" tal:replace="nothing"/>

What a good syntax of my tal ?
