[Zope] How do I mimic an HTTP post from a script

I'd recommend O'Reilly's Learning Python as an excellent beginners' 
book, if you haven't done any programming before.
If you have, I think you should have a look at Dive into Python, which 
is available free online, or downloadable in various formats:
