[Zope] Zope and security

Hi all,

I am very new to zope and I had a look at it the last days.
In my company we want to use zope for the intranet (for sure) and maybe 
for our official website.

Now I want to know more about the security in zope. How secure is the 
whole stuff with the users? If employees should be able to see stuff 
others shouldn't see how secur is it then?

any suggestions? any links? any comments?
