[Zope] zope 2.6.1 upgrade broken on RedHat 8.0

Dear whom-concerned,

tried upgrading from zope 2.6 to 2.6.1 today,
tar zvxf'd the file from
http://www.zope.org/Products/Zope/2.6.1/Zope-2.6.x-to-2.6.1-win32-x86.tgz/view
and overrided the existing files as suggested.
Then restarted zope, got this error (see below):
