Yep.  Use:

from Products.PageTemplates.PageTemplateFile import PageTemplateFile

class my_class:

    some_mgt_page = PageTemplateFile('path_from_product_folder', globals())

Inertia and DTML's perception as easier, perhaps.  That or nobody has 
written it yet. :-)
