Nope. When I click on the pencil icon in the ZMI over https IE6 gives me

---------
Internet Explorer cannot download foobar.htm from xxx.yyy.zzz

Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested
site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.
---------

If I click on the foobar.htm link in the ZMI over https it opens just fine.

In attemopting to isolate the problem I tried the following URLs
from a Windows box without ExternalEditor client installed.

In Netscape:
http://xxx.yyy.zzz/blah/externalEdit_/foobar.htm - I save the file
https://xxx.yyy.zzz/blah/externalEdit_/foobar.htm - I save the file

In IE:
http://xxx.yyy.zzz/blah/externalEdit_/foobar.htm - I save the file
https://xxx.yyy.zzz/blah/externalEdit_/foobar.htm - I get the message above

My Zope is being fronted by Apache with mod_rewrite and
VHM being used in what I think is a standard way.
