[Zope] ReplyTo 'Zope' rather than the sender?

How do I set the option for this mailing list to make the ReplyTo 'Zope'
rather than the sender?
I can't find it on the options page for my subscription.
Every other mailing list has this set by default, so it's quite tricky
trying to remember to change the addressee before hitting send.
