The Zope Book has a reasonable API references for ZPT, DTML/TAL (Appendix
A-C).

Don't blame ZC for the documentation. They invested a fair amount of
time and money into the Zope Book. It is not ZC primary task to
produce documentation...that's the job of publishers like O'Reiley.
