If you have the production machine set up with the Zope and have the
same products installed, you can copy your Data.fs file over to the
/zope/var directory on the machine you want to run on. Make sure that
any external scripts you have in the Extensions directory get copied
over to the new machine as well. Probably some danger in doing it this
way, but I've used both ZSyncer and this method and had success with both.
