[Zope] External Editor and OpenOffice: workaround

Hi all,

External Editor won't work with OpenOffice because OpenOffice detaches 
immediately (or terminates after notifying the running instance to open 
the file).

I've hacked together a solution for this problem. It should be applicable
to all detaching programs that cannot be forced to run in the foreground.

It requires a working 'lsof' on your system (i.e. Linux, but I understand
lsof is available for several unices)
