[Zope] Zope and Apache

I still get "Permission denied". Do I need something in
Apache to say that the /Zope (virtual) directory is
accessible to browsers?

I tried a

<Location /Zope>
    Order allow,deny
    Allow from all
</Location>

block, but that did no good...
