[Zope] zope 2.7 with python 2.3

Having Python 2.3 support would be nice but it is not so important since the
the switching from Python 2.1 to 2.2 was the major and more important step
with the introduction of new-style classes. Btw. Python 2.3 does not run 
with
Zope 2.7 yet.  There are several imcomptibilities when I tried it some 
weeks ago.
