Pretty much. But you can skip the uninstalling of 2.5.1 step: Zope isn't 
transparently invasive of the system like most Windows-native apps.

Plus if you keep the old version around, it's a lot easier to revert if 
something screws up.

I second the suggestion that you go with an instance setup: it's 
mega-easier to work with.
