[Zope] Zope product for CRM ?

short answer - if your requirements are simple, do it yourself. If your
requirements are more complex, a) try & do it yourself, b) look at the Java
web framework space for open source, c) get your company to pay for a
product. Customisation will be a pain, no matter what route you take. Zope
has acquisition & security built in, this is half the work right there, and
should not be taken lightly.

I am looking for a Zope product for Costumer Relationship Management.

I haven't found such kind of product yet...

Do I have to implement it myself ? Any idea to do it ? Which existing
product can help me ? I need to link it to an adress book too.
