[Zope] what is the CVS tag for Zope 2.6.1

That will actually get you the head of 2.6 development (currently 
2.6.2 b3+).

The release machinery makes a tag for each release of the form:

Zope-x_x_x-src

so you can use:

Zope-2_6_1-src

to check out the sources as they were at the time of that release.
