[Zope] dtml to tal - advice

Hi

Anyone any ideas,

I have this in dtml (it uses other bits to query an sql d/b to return 
weblinks, does anyone know how to render it in ZPT. I cannot for the 
life of me figure it out.

I may then be able to guess how to do the rest.
