[Zope] Best Zope book for Developers?

Speaking of the Zope book...is there anything that needs to be done to produce
some PDFs of the final version? I'd be willing to help pick up any slack to
get this out the door. It's pretty current and correct from what I can see.
I'd like to have a good hard copy.
