[Zope] why this link is not working properly?

This is probably a browser problem, not a Zope problem.

Have you installed the pdf plugin for your browser?  If not, do so.
http://www.adobe.com.  Pdf is supplied by Adobe, not Microsoft.

Which browser are you using?  Microsoft IE has its own, ideosyncratic way
of managing pdf.  Search the archives for discussions there.  When I visit
the page, I see the links to the pdf files and can access them.
