The nextPhoto and prevPhoto methods are simple convenience methods, but they
don't do any filtering.  You'll need to create your own next/prev scripts to
filter out what you need and return the proper next/prev object reference.
I suggest the nextPhoto/prevPhoto source in Photo.py as a good starting
point.
