[Zope] zope:Japanese characters

Hello 
     I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I'm trying to use ZOPE
to maintain a Japanese site. I'm currently using a SONY VAIO with a japan=
ese
windows 2000 OS. I have an English version of ZOPE installed and running.=

I can type and cut/paste Japanese characters with no problem. However if
I revist the same page all the Japanese character come out like this:

     &#12306;116-0013 &#26481;&#20140;&#37117; <br>

     &#12383;&#12385;&#12400;&#12394;&#12499;&#12523;&#65304;&#38542; <br=
>

Is there something I can do to get Japanese characters to render correctl=
y
in ZOPE?
