Hi,

we run MailBoxer at DZUG for several lists with >220 subscribers and 
50-90 Mails / day without problems. We have integrated AMaVis and a 
mail2news2mail-gateway. I use MailBoxer for some other projects at 
university too (400-500 subscribers, but less traffic).

If I remember correctly the Danish Zope User Group uses MailBoxer too...
