[Zope] [possibly OT] html2pdf on zope

I followed the instructions here :

http://www.zope.org/Members/mjablonski/howtoPDF to set up on the fly 
html2pdf conversion.

the question I have is that do I have to have filenames ending in .html 
for it to work.

On netscape/mozilla it pops up a box that says that the file doesnt 
start with %pdf

Any ideas as to what I can do about that??
