I got it to work with the following in zopeedit.ini

[content-type:application/vnd.sun.xml.writer]
extension=.sxw
editor="F:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org1.0\program\soffice.exe" "%1"

Note that you have to ensure that the file object containing
the .sxw file has

Content Type application/vnd.sun.xml.writer
