[Zope] var/Data.fs: any way to regenerate from scratch?

You could try to export each top-level folder, and then import each one
into a new Zope installation.  With luck, you would end up with
everything that works in the new Zope, leaving only badly broken pieces
to be pieced together as best you can.  That is probably what I would
try first.
