Python 2.1.3, just about any modern OS and some time.  Binary & package 
distros even come with Python already set up.  The time and OS you'll
have to arrange for on your own.  :-)

Zope plays nicely with a number of common programs like Apache and
MySQL.  But whether you'll need those is a function of what you do
*with* Zope and not a requirement of Zope itself.
