[Zope] Initial User and Password

Dear all,

We am new to the group! One had downloaded zope-2.3.1-5mdk.i586.rpm for
testing. The server installed and ran but had a problem in getting into
the /manage site as one does not have the initial user and password. Would
appreciate a lot for anyone that knows what they are! We had tried finding
zpassed.py, but it is not there!
