[Zope] Filter management screens based on user role

The stock management screens (distributed with Zope) do not do
this. But, of course, you can change them (modifying the source)
or derive your own folder type with your own management screens
(not touching the Zope source).

The Zope Developper Guide is a valuable resource when you want
to derive your own folder class.
