[Zope] Much onfusion concerning pcgi-wrapper

PCGI is pretty much deprecated. Do yourself a favor and forget about 
using it.

If you have a PC at home you can install it on there with a lot less 
danger of developing grey hair.

Probably. The cheaper the provider the less likelihood it will allow 
you to run long-running processes.
