[Zope] ZEO clients aren't duplicated

OK, I've got more information on this problem now. I have a single 
client running on a separate machine from my ZEO, and a couple of 
clients on the same machine. The client on the separate machine IS 
getting changes immediately, whereas the local clients are not.
