[Zope] Rotating logs on Windows

Hi

I wrote a small C program that rotate the Z2.log in the same way that Apache
rotate the logs,
and I used a Cron for Windows (http://www.kalab.com/freeware/cron/cron.htm)
to run this periodically.

If you want the C code just tell me.
