[Zope] python-ldap in ZOPE (again)

I'm almost sure that everything is ok with python. E.g. my scripts wrote in 
python populating LDAP directory on the server works fine. Also ldap related 
products (such as LDAPUserFolder) works fine. There must be some important 
step in seting up ldap connection in Zope which is messing up. But what step?
