[Zope] Accessing local drive gives error?

I am getting gthe following error message in my events.log just before my zope 
server dies completely:

I am running Zope 2.6.1 (binary release, python 2.1, win32-x86), python 2.1.3, 
win32 on a Windows2000 machine, and the user was accessing a Plone photo 
album when the problem occurred.

I don't understand why anything is trying to look at the "Documents and 
settings/CLIFFQ/LOCALSETTINGS" folder????? What's going on here - can 
anyone help? The W2K machine is being run under my name, so that's the user 
that's being referred to, but that user is an administrator anyway.
