[Zope] changing the realm name?

You did not search good enough...

Anyway: the realm can be controlled by an environment variable.
Search the code in "ZPublisher/*.py" for "realm"
to learn the name of this environment variable (it is probably
"ZOPE_REALM", but I am not sure).
