[Zope] How to fix External Editor

Dear Sir/Madam
I would like you show me how to fix it in Window2000.
I have installed Python for Windows and it work properly (I test it with
"import win32api" is OK).
furthermore, I have also installed helper Application for windows2000 and
configured the browser ( Action is "Open", Application use to perform Action
is "C:\Python23\pythonw.exe" C:\Program Files\Plone\Zope\pwi\zopeedit.py
"%1"  ), Extension is ".ZOPE", file type is "application/x-zope-edit" .
After I configure it already I try to click the pencil icon but it does not
work. what wrong? I follow the instruction from book step by step but it
still not work.
