Looks like you tried to save a line.  ClassSecurityInfo() only works if 
it is stored in the class and the class is initialized.  You need this:

class WFSResultSet:

         security = ClassSecurityInfo()
         security.setDefaultAccess("allow")

         [...rest of class snipped...]
InitializeClass(WFSResultSet)
