[Zope] Best Practice for Apache 2.0, Zope and SSL

Much thanks. 

Do you know of any good sample configurations for using mod_proxy and 
mod_rewrite?  I've previously used Zope.cgi together with mod_rewrite, 
which works, but I suspect isn't efficient.  Seeing an actual 
configuration would help, since I can look at the Apache directives and 
see how they actually work.
