Not very hard, this is actually the Plone Installer stripped down a 
little for Zope and then thrown in the build system I have on Windows. 
Essentially ChrisM has the same installer built for 2.7, using Inno as 
well its in http://cvs.zope.org/Packages/WinBuilders/.
