[Zope] zope 2.6 book as pdf/ps/tarball

I have put up my copy of the 2_6Edition (dated July 18) for anonymous ftp
at sumeru.stanford.edu.  I'll leave it up for a while, but the sumeru
machine is currently a bit disk challenged so it may have to go away 
at any time.
